Who we’re looking for:
Brand strategist (freelance)
We’re looking for experienced brand and proposition strategists who can help shape the thinking at the heart of our client work. This is not a delivery-only role. You’ll be involved early, working with ambiguity, synthesising inputs, and helping clients clarify what actually matters.
The work:
Stakeholder and customer interviews
Data extraction & synthesising qualitative insight into clear strategic direction
Proposition and value-story development
Brand and narrative strategy
Shaping messaging frameworks that inform sales, marketing, and product
The way you work:
Have deep experience in B2B brand, positioning, or GTM strategy
Are comfortable leading interviews and extracting insight
Can move between high-level strategy and practical application
Enjoy working with senior stakeholders
Prefer thinking and shaping over pure execution
(If your background is primarily graphic design or content execution, this probably isn’t the right role.)
